- Custom Commission Artwork: All sales of custom commission artwork are final. Due to the personalized nature of these pieces, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been placed and payment has been processed.
- Digital Art Prints and Spray Paint Art: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of digital art prints or spray paint art, you may be eligible for an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds for these items will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the artwork must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. It must also be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
- Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please submit a return request via email to sleholmes86@gmail.com. Include your order details, reason for return, and any relevant photos if applicable. Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions.
